The difference for me was attending the NAMS conference where I met the people face to face that would end up being my mentors (see below). My second advice would be to join Bob "The Teacher" Jenkins' <a href="http://bobssuccesslibrary.com" rel="nofollow">IM Success Library</a>. He is a terrific teacher of the tactics of Internet marketing. My third advice would be to check out Mark Hendricks' <a href="http://exploreissgold.com" rel="nofollow">ISS program</a> if you want to take all the pieces and put them together into a long-term online business plan. I am a newbie and I get very discouraged sometimes and think what's the use. But I am going to hang in there because I am sure I will find a mentor sooner or later.
